Frozen Artichoke

Our frozen artichokes are available in quarters and bottoms. Harvesting is done by hand and within a few hours of being harvested they are frozen. We carefully remove all the green leaves, so that the product does not have any fibrous leaves when consumed.

Before freezing, the artichokes are blanched to ensure a bright and homogeneous colour, without adding citric acid (lemon flavour), thus maintaining the natural and fresh colour of the artichokes.
