At FRUVECO we are developing a research project with the participation of INFO on the design and development of culinary treatments for frozen vegetables to obtain high nutritional and sensory quality.

This project is funded by INFO through the Operational Programme for Aid to Research and Technological Development, a programme supported by the European Regional Development Fund.

In INDUSTRIAS FRUVECO, S.A. we are developing a project of direct line of expansion of basic form consists of a "COMPLETE LINE OF PRODUCTION OF VEGETABLES IN RICE FORMAT".

The main objective of this project is to incorporate in its new facilities in Alhama de Murcia the necessary assets to produce a new line of frozen vegetables in rice format (riced), based on carrot, broccoli, sweet potato, cabbage, carrot and sweet potato. is to incorporate in its new facilities in Alhama de Murcia the necessary assets to produce a new line of frozen vegetables in rice format (riced), based on carrot, broccoli, sweet potato, cauliflower, pumpkin, etc. mix of the same and ready meals, doubling the current production capacity of the company to supply the expected market, mainly in the USA and Canada. The project is under development and is expected to be completed in 2021, its execution will involve an investment of approximately 27,095,000 euros, and has been developed with the help of the Centre for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) of the Ministry of Industry, Economy and Competitiveness, and co-financed by the European Union (ERDF Funds) through Spain's Multi-regional Operational Programme (2014-2020).
