Frozen romanesco available in florets, dices and riced in different sizes, ready to cook.
Considered as a “super vegetable” for its many nutritional benefits, it is recommended to steam without defrosting or boil with water in a pan for 3-5 minutes for a crisp and appetising texture, or up to 8 minutes for a more tender texture, without losing properties. It can also be eaten in a healthy way, preferably grilled and sautéed, or cooked in the microwave in containers suitable for this use, such as Fruveco’s microwaveable bags.
